My experience spans custom furniture and millwork projects across hospitality and residential settings, including a $500K Atlanta hotel project involving more than 600 pieces shipped from Nicaragua, a $350K Hamptons residence, and custom furniture for a Grammy-winning producer’s recording studio in Toronto.
Based in Nicaragua, I also bring direct relationships with manufacturers across Central America when local sourcing, factory visits, or on-the-ground quality control are needed. Whether production is nearby or overseas, my focus is the same: keep the details aligned, resolve issues early, and get the project through to delivery.

I started as a CNC programmer and fabricator, receiving drawings, interpreting design intent, and figuring out how to turn what designers imagined into something that could actually be built.
I later moved into product development and engineering leadership, working across design, technical development, manufacturing, and delivery. I’ve managed more than $1M in custom furniture and millwork projects across North America, built a CNC department from a single machine into a multi-machine operation, and launched Sonoforma, a teak furniture brand made in Nicaragua and featured in Wallpaper*, Design Milk, and Contemporist.
That experience shapes how I approach FF&E project coordination. I understand the priorities on both sides: what designers need to preserve, what manufacturers need to build efficiently, and where gaps in communication or technical detail can lead to delays, rework, and unnecessary cost.
Today, I help hospitality procurement firms and design studios manage the production-side details that connect an approved design to a finished product. I work within existing teams and processes, bringing practical manufacturing knowledge, technical problem-solving, and cross-border project experience to keep projects moving toward delivery.
