I’m a product development and operations consultant with over a decade of experience in furniture, millwork, and digital fabrication.
I’ve led design and production teams on high-end residential and custom product projects across North and Central America, bridging the gap between designers and fabricators. I’ve been on both sides of the design-for-production and producing-for-designers process, and I know exactly what each side needs to keep a project moving.

A client managing a high-end residential project in the Hamptons had taken on the design and coordination of several custom furniture and millwork pieces. With no standardized process in place, specs were unclear, vendors were confused, and the timeline was slipping.
